In our industry, replacement components and parts are sometimes impossible to find, exceedingly expensive when found, and often of poor quality. For these reasons our team of fabrication craftsmen will often recreate the components in our fully equipped fabrication and sheet metal department. The fabrication and sheet metal space is expansive and houses every piece of equipment needed to build and perform any project imaginable.(Included equipment is a dedicated frame bench, build tables and fixtures , English wheel, planishing hammer, TIG and MIG welders, plasma cutters, bead rollers, shears, Eckold-Kraftformer and Pullmax machines, and a host of other machining tools and equipment). With nearly a century of collective metal work experience, our fabrication team has shaped and created countless factory exact parts/panels/components.

Cad/Cam 3D Modeling and Prototyping

Often our fabrication processes couple old-world craftsmanship with 21st century technology. With the use of Cad/Cam 3D Modeling, our fabrication team has the ability to scan nearly any part/panel/component into our 3D modeling software. This new technology is especially useful in 3D inspections as well as reverse engineering, design, fabrication, digital mockups and simulations. Copious amounts of time and expense are saved by simulating the fit and making the component properly the first time.
